Though Abbey Road was opened in the 1930′s way before Beatlemania, the London recording studio is synonymous with the recording career of the Fab 4, and now that studio is up for sale! For just $20 Million you can own the studio and a part of music history. Owned by EMI for decades now, the recording company is selling the studio as a way to save money. I wonder if Paul McCartney would be interested in purchasing the studio? This is just another sign of what the digital age is relegating classic recording spaces to. At least its just being sold and not torn down and turned into something different.
