It’s official! Young Money’s head honcho is in the big house. Lil’ Wayne, born Dwayne Michael Carter reported to the Supreme Court in New York City to begin serving his 1 year prison sentence for possession of an illegal weapon.
His charge stems from having a loaded gun on his tour bus in 2007. Some say he could be released in about eight months with good behavior. His lawyer are reportedly asking for Carter to be placed protective custody BECAUSE HE’S FUCKING LIL’ WAYNE! out of concern for Wayne’s safety and health following his dental surgeries.
