D.C, HOME OF THE MAGNUM CONDOM?

This one of those stories that is hilarious without being funny. In Washington, D.C, High school and college-age students have been complaining to District officials that the free Durex condoms the city has been offering are not of good enough quality and are too small and that getting them from school nurses is “just like asking grandma or auntie.” Reports The Washington Post
Quality is one thing, but I refuse to believe that all these students are “packing” the way they think they are. Nonetheless, the city is moving forth with plans to provide the Magnum condom to the tune of an extra couple thousand dollars out of the city’s budget. 3% of the city’s population is infected with the HIV/AIDS virus, so if we have to stroke a few egos to keep these numbers low, so be it. However keep in mind, a loose condom is almost as bad as no condom at all!
