B.O.B GOES “UNPLUGGED” FOR MTV WITH THICKE, FIONNA AND MONAE

B.O.B hooked up with MTV’s unplugged series and performed 5 of his songs with special guests in NYC. The rapper, whose debut cd has already spawned 3 Top 10 hits including the #1 single “Nothin’ On You”, brought out some special guests to help him out. The ever so smooth Robin Thicke took the place of Bruno Mars for “Nothin’ on You” and his falsetto was buttery smooth and ridiculously on point. Other guests include Melanie Fiona on “Airplanes” and Janelle Monae on “The Kids”. With unplugged B.O.B shows that he’s not a simple pop-rapper, he has lyrical depth and is a dynamic musician.
